Payments

ALL appointments require a min 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Travel fees may be applicable for mobile appointments, depending on your location.

We prefer that payments are made by card for all treatments.
For convenience, we encourage our clients to make all payments in advance of their session.

Gift Certtificates are purchased and provided electronically and can be downloaded and printed at your leisure. They are non-refundable. Please make a note of the expiry date, as printed on the email confirmation and the Gift Certificate itself.

Payment for Gift Certificates must be paid for in advance of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Treatment cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, will not be charged.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the session retail price. We will do our best to advertise the cancelled appointment to our clients and our Waitlist. If a client takes up the slot, there will be no cancellation charge.

No-shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost of the session.

While there are times that cancelling an appointment is unavoidable, please aim to give us as much notice as possible, also so we can offer your appointment to other clients.

What if we need to cancel your booking?

In the highly unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking we will give you as much notice as possible and either provide you with a full refund if we are unable to transfer your booking to a suitable, alternative date.

Our prices

Our Single treatments, Packages, Programs, Memberships and Gift Certificate prices are set out on our website. 
We reserve the right to amend the cost of treatments at any time and will publish these changes on the pages of our website.

Special and promotional offers

Subject to availability.  We reserve the right to amend or remove special or promotional offers at any time.  Special offers work on a standalone basis and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or pre-paid and booked session.

Coupons or special offer vouchers must be presented at the corresponding treatment appointment for it to be valid.
