Treatment cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid the 100% cancellation fee. Implementing cancellation fees are at our discretion, however, for cancellations made at the Darling Street clinic in this period, the fee WILL be charged.
No-shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost of the treatment.
While there are times that cancelling an appointment is unavoidable, please aim to give us as much notice as possible, also so we can offer your appointment to other clients.

What if we need to cancel your booking?
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking we will give you as much notice as possible and either provide you with a full refund or transfer your booking to an suitable, alternative date.
Our one-off treatments, Packages, Programs, Memberships and Gift Certificate prices are set out on our website.
We reserve the right to amend the cost of treatments at any time and will publish these changes on the pages of our website.
1st time appointments must be paid for Upfront, Online.
Travel fees may be applicable for mobile appointments, depending on your location.
We prefer that payments are made by card for subsequent treatments but accept cash if really necessary.
For convenience, we encourage our clients to make all payments in advance of their session.
For appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations outside of this period are fully refundable.
Gift vouchers are purchased and provided electronically and can be downloaded and printed at your leisure. They are non-refundable.
Payment for gift vouchers must be paid for in advance of receipt.
Special and promotional offers
Subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or remove special or promotional offers at any time. Special offers work on a standalone basis and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or pre-paid and booked session.
Coupons or special offer vouchers must be presented at the corresponding treatment appointment for it to be valid.
