What is Natural Facelift Therapy?

How often should I have Natural Facelift Therapy?

To maintain treatments, maximise the effect and prolong the benefits, I recommend booking a package of 6 initial treatments.  The objective is to take these sessions regularly at first, spread over a 2 month period.  Everyone's complexion is different, but it's beneficial to continue to have further treatments on a monthly basis as a top up when you feel it's needed, or for a special occasion such as a birthday or wedding celebrations.

Home care advice and exercises are given at the end of your first treatment.  They are simple facial exercises designed to reinforce and complement between treatments.  Incorporate them into your daily routine each morning or evening.
