A Self-Help Technique on the hand using the Brain Reflex Point for pain relief.

 

Try this exercise....

With the thumb and index finger of one hand, apply pressure and massage the top, sides and pad of each finger and thumb on the other hand. Include the nail bed too by gently applying pressure and massage in rotating motion.  Repeat the exercise on both hands for a minute or two or for as long as is comfortable.  You can do this more than once a day if necessary, just keep coming back to it whenever you feel you need an extra boost of pain relief.
